hawo does not make general-purpose sealing equipment. Every machine in the hawo range has been designed specifically for sterile medical and pharmaceutical packaging. The engineering decisions — sealing jaw geometry, temperature precision, pressure monitoring, validation architecture — are optimised for one purpose: creating a reliable sterile barrier that protects patients.
THE ‘V’ DESIGNATION — FULL ISO 11607-2 VALIDATION
hawo’s ‘V’ machines monitor and record all three critical process parameters in real time: temperature (±2–5°C precision), contact pressure, and dwell time/sealing speed. This is exactly what ISO 11607-2, WHO GMP, and India’s revised Schedule M require for packaging validation.

GREENTEK — ENERGY EFFICIENCY
hawo GreenTek certified machines use a fraction of the energy of comparable devices: EcoPak 06/07 uses only 27–32W in normal operation. hm 8000 SealCUT uses only 200W despite producing up to 4,800 pouches/hour. Intelligent stand-by and automatic shut-down reduce energy consumption without compromising seal quality.
